REVIEW AND EVALUATION OF TURN2ME SERVICE MODEL AND ORGANISATION
STRUCTURE
OVERVIEW
The Health Service Executive (Mental Health Operations and National
Office for Suicide Prevention), provides funding for the delivery of
Turn2me online mental health services in Ireland. The funding of
Turn2me represents a significant investment in an innovative approach
to the delivery of mental health support. Turn2me provides a range of
online instant chat and video-based counselling. The key features of
Turn2me include a focus on early intervention, accessibility and
responsivity and a commitment to meaningful community involvement.
Turn2me is committed to ongoing internal evaluation and monitoring of
service delivery and impact and in light of recent service
developments, it is timely that impact be evaluated from an
independent / external perspective. Furthermore, in early **Apply on
the website**, Turn2me experienced some organisational challenges
which it is envisaged should also be considered as part of an
independent evaluation. This project brief (attached below) sets the
context and requirements for a review and evaluation of both the
services provided, and the organisational structure of Turn2me.
